By default, Mautic API refresh token expires in 14 days. You will get error message if API refresh token has expired. To keep connection with Mautic alive we suggest you to change the value of “Refresh token lifetime (in days)” in Mautic server. Or, you can manually refresh token from our plugin’s options page.

Please follow these instruction to renew API refresh token.

• Click “Mautic for EDD” menu in WordPress admin sidebar.
• Click “Re-connect with Mautic” button ( You may need to login again into Mautic).
• Done.
