Connecting the Addonify EDD Mautic Integration plugin to the Mautic server is very simple. Please watch the video instructions to properly connect your EDD store with Mautic.

If your EDD store connection to Mautic is completed after following the instruction as per the video you may skip reading below this line.

Mautic Dashboard

Create a new API Credential.

• Login to your Mautic server.
• Open settings sidebar by clicking “settings cog” icon.
• Click “API Credentials” link.
• Click “+ New” button.
• Select “oAuth2” in Authorization Protocol.
• Type your website name in “Name” field.
• Use your website url as Redirect URI.
• Click “Apply” button.
• We will need “Client ID” and “Client Secret” later in another step.

Note: Mautic API has a default expiry time of 4 hrs. For your convenience, we suggest you to change it to 30 or 60 days.

Connecting with Mautic for the first time.

• Click “Mautic for EDD” admin menu.
• You will see “Let’s Connect Your Mautic!” page.
• Copy “Client ID” and “Client Secret” from Mautic website and enter it in this page.
• Mautic Base URL is the website address of your Mautic server.
• Click “Save Credentials” button.
• Click “Authorize Connection” button to authorize our connection with Mautic server.
• In the next page, Mautic will ask for your permission to allow connection to our website. Click “Accept”. You may need to login first.

Re-connecting with Mautic.

If your API expires or you want to renew your connection, please follow these instructions.

• Click “Mautic for EDD” admin menu.
• Click “Re-connect with Mautic” button.
• In the next page, you may need to login to Mautic.
• That’s it.
