2Checkout account details

Go to Dashboard > EDD Downloads > Settings > Payments & make sure that you have enabled 2Checkout inline gateway. Also, make sure that you have filled all necessary 2Checkout account details at 2Checkout inline plugin setting page at your WordPress dashboard.

Cache plugins & JavaScript errors

If you are installing our plugin for the first time, make sure to disable cache or optimizer plugins in your EDD store. Usually, cache and optimizer plugins combine CSS & JS files which may create a problem with the 2Checkout inline popup. Check for JavaScript errors in web dev console just to make sure you do not have any errors.
