Regular inline checkout allows customers to purchase a product via EDD checkout page. 2Checkout inline popup will appear once customers fill the checkout fields at EDD checkout page & click the purchase button. Below is the video demonstration for regular inline checkout.

While express checkout is disabled the fallback checkout method is regular checkout. Thus, the user registration is handled by EDD itself according to the checkout page setting that you have at the backend.

Moreover, we still need 2checkout INS to complete customers orders in EDD once payment is completed. Please make sure you have configured 2checkout INS as per the instruction given.
